Adventures of Superman #460 (1989) (High Grade)

The Eradicator begins changing the Earth into Krypton. When Superman interferes, the Eradicator erases his memory. Superman heads to Antarctica in search of the Eradicator, only to find an immense tower of Kryptonian design.
