Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped in the order they are received. Typically, orders are shipped within 24-36 hours, depending on the timing of the order*.  Bags and boards, as well as a poly mailer, are used to protect your comics (pending supply chain availability).  Orders are shipped in Gemini Mailers or corrugated boxes.

Orders containing pre-orders will ship when the last pre-order item has been released.

Exclusive Variant pre-orders are shipped within 30 days of the release date due to the extended time it takes for these to be distributed.

If your package is lost or damaged, we cannot assume responsibility for an error of a carrier.  We recommend utilizing Standard Mail so that in the case of a lost or damaged package, you can file a claim with the carrier utilizing the insurance. Economy mail does not have insurance and does not qualify for a claim.

 Delivery dates are listed as "expected" and are no guaranteed to be exact.

*Please keep in mind USPS service is limited on Saturday and not available on Sunday
