Refund policy

We have a no refund policy for all Comic Books, Gift Cards, Store Merchandise, Unknown Comics Exclusives, and MK Art products .  Graphic Novels and Novelty items may be returned under the following conditions:

• the return is made within 10 days of purchase
• the item is unused and in the same condition as received
• the buyer pays the shipping costs
• the original shipping cost will not be refunded

Once the return is received and inspected, a return will be issued.  You will be notified if the return is rejected.

Damages and other mailing issues

If your package is lost or damaged, we cannot assume responsibility for an error of a carrier.  We recommend utilizing Express mail so that in the case of a lost or damaged package, you the buyer can file a claim with the carrier utilizing the insurance. Economy mail does not have insurance and does not qualify for a claim.
